We offer a wide variety of sponge flavours, which can be accompanied by fillings and frostings of your choice. We have noted our recommended combinations, but this is entirely up to you. Turtle's Bespoke Cake Flavours
- Vanilla – our vanilla sponge can be paired with any of our frostings, it is
- Vanilla bean – a richer vanilla flavour, as we use real Madagascan vanilla pods and infuse the sugar with the seeds
- Heavenly Chocolate – our delicately balanced sponge with milk and dark chocolate. We recommend this with our triple chocolate ganache. If you’re looking for something a little sweeter we recommend our white chocolate sponge with strawberry frosting
- RyRy’s Strawberry – made with fresh strawberries, no artificial flavours. These go beautifully with our strawberry or vanilla buttercream.
- Red velvet – Red velvet sponge as you know and love, further enriched when combined with our cream cheese and mascarpone frosting.
- Oreo – vanilla sponge with crushed Oreo biscuits. We hate when cakes are two sweet that even when you try to finish it, they’re just too sickly – we’ve worked hard to find the perfect balance so you can enjoy these without it being too sweet!
- Lemon – fluffy, moist and extra lemony! this sponge goes beautifully with our lemon buttercream
- Carrot – Our staple carrot cake is moist, moreish and incredible! Its packed with carrots, pecans, sultanas and spices. Best paired with our mascarpone and cream cheese frosting
- Biscoff – gorgeous Biscoff sponge made with both Biscoff spread and biscuits. Best paired with Biscoff buttercream

Turtle's Bespoke Cupcake Favours
Our cupcake favours include an individually boxed cupcake with a personalised label. These can be ordered from a minimum of 12 individual favours, with a minimum of 6 per flavour combination. i.e. if you place an order of 12 cupcake favours, you can have two different flavours – 6 of each.
