Mini Bakes

Mini Bakes include 4″ Mini Bakes, Loaf bakes, Cupcakes and Mini & Micro Rums. Mini Bakes require payment in full at time of order and are collection only, unless otherwise agreed.

Bespoke / Celebration Bakes

For Bespoke Celebration/Event Bakes a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order and reserve your date. The outstanding balance is due to be paid no later than 7 days before your required date, unless otherwise agreed. Please refer to the payment schedule for date of when final payment is due. Late or no payment may result in your order being cancelled.

Order Confirmation will be sent via email / WhatsApp after initial payment has been processed. By making payment you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined


If you need to make changes to your order we will require at least two-weeks notice prior to date required. This will ensure we are able to discuss these changes, as well as purchase supplies and ingredients. It is possible that you may incur additional fees depending on the changes requested

Dietary Requirements

We can cater for special dietary requirements such as Diary Free, Vegan, Halal and made without Nuts. Whilst great care is taken in the production of special dietary requirement orders, it is possible that your cake may contain trace amounts as they are prepared in the same kitchen that handle these ingredients. We are not certified “Free From”. We may not be able to fulfil your order where an allergy is disclosed, as we cannot guarantee your bakes will be 100% free of allergens. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur if an allergy was not disclosed on placing your order.

Bespoke Cake Extras

Please discuss any bespoke extras you may require such as personalised cake toppers, cake charms, themed accessories and number candles. Cake toppers & cake charms require at least two weeks notice to allow time for production. The cost of these extras are in addition to the cost of your bake(s)

Last minute orders

If you require your baked goods in less than 72 hours, please call directly on 07586132457. It is possible that your order can be fulfilled depending on our availability and your requirements. We’ll be happy to discuss and let you know, it is important to note last minute orders will incur an additional fee. However we recommend placing cake orders at least a month in advance to ensure availability. All our bakes are freshly made, and we want to ensure every cake meets our highest standards.


The date and time of collection will be agreed with you and documented on your order confirmation. A 30 minute window will be provided during which time you may collect your order. The collection address will be documented on your order confirmation. Due to parking restrictions please call directly on 07586132457 to advise you have arrived so your order can be brought to you

Late Collection Fee

Should you be later than 15 minutes past your agreed collection window, a late collection fee will be applied. This will be charged at £11 per 30 minutes over the 15-minute grace period, and will need to be paid before your order is given to you. If you are running late please do call and let us know, as late collections can impact on other orders

Delivery Charges

All cakes and bakes can be collected from West Byfleet, Surrey (KT14) or can be hand delivered. The cost to deliver will be calculated according to distance of a return journey from West Byfleet to the delivery destination. Deliveries within a 10-mile radius, with a minimum order of £200 are free of charge. Please advise at time of booking should you require delivery and the cost of delivery will be quoted

All prices are subject to change. As the cost of living continues to rise, it is possible that a quotation given or price for a previous order has increased since first given. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date recorded on the first page. In the case where payment or a deposit is not received by the end of day as per the payment schedule, and you still wish to proceed with the order, a new quotation may be provided.

All expected increases will be communicated where possible. When the initial deposit has been paid, the total price of your order will remain as agreed unless changes are made – any costs relating to changes will be discussed with you and agreed. An amended order confirmation will be sent advising agreed changes and revised final balanc
